We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your seat covers, floor mats, or steering wheel cover, we accept returns for most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery .
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, attempted installation, or are missing parts do not qualify for a refund. Certain categories of items, such as final sale or clearance items, are marked as non-returnable and cannot be returned .
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please log into your account or contact us through our dedicated returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address associated with the purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to mail your item back.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
For exchanges, we prioritize getting the correct product to you as quickly as possible. If you are exchanging an item due to size or fit, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct product to avoid any delays .
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund .
